As many of you are already aware, the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009″ (ARRA) was recently signed into law. This bill combines spending and tax incentives to move the American economy forward by investing in infrastructure and increasing energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings in America.

Information regarding ARRA funding is being released on a daily basis and is here to help you understand what opportunities are available for HVAC contractors. ARRA also includes significant tax incentives over the next two years to homeowners who make qualified energy efficiency improvements to their homes – including HVAC systems.
